Non Destructive Testing

Scope

Teknica offers a full range of inspection and corrosion monitoring services, tailored to suit the needs of the oil, gas and petrochemical industries. These services are carried out against formal procedures, documented in accordance with BS EN ISO 9002:2000, to give clients full confidence in the quality of the finished product and Teknica’s service.

Inspection & Testing

The following is the range of services offered by Teknica, which are undertaken by fully trained staff, qualified to internationally recognised standards (e.g. CSWIP, PCN, ASNT):

• Radiographic examination
• Ultrasonic inspection
• Magnetic particle Inspection
• Liquid penetrant Inspection
• Holiday detection
• Vacuum Testing

All of these tests are carried out in accordance with international codes, ASME V, ANSI B31.3 API 650,BS 2910, BS3923 and of course, any client requirements.
