Training

Teknica runs a comprehensive programme of training courses utilising its own resources and in association with reputable universities, colleges and training organisations.

Teknica integrates three types of course structure into an overall training scheme. The three structures are:

• Multi-client Short Courses
  • A number of different clients for training in one particular subject
• In-country Training Programmes
  • These are run within or client premises
• Intensive Residential Courses
  • These are organised in Teknica's offices or at a location of the client's choice using a specifically designed course.

Trainee Competence

Many areas of study are centred around a self-paced system, where trainees can complete various courses, to achieve a specific academic objective, in their own selected time frame. Teknica monitors and maintains the certification system to ensure that the highest possible standard is achieved.

Training Staff

Teknica utilises the expertise of it's own staff and that of training specialists to design, organise and deliver the training programmes. The type and scope of Teknica's project and engineering activities enables the company to offer comprehensive support to the training programmes in terms of quality and professionalism.
